On [2022-09-15], TE Connectivity Corporation (“TE”) and Shanghai CI Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (“CI”) entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement, pursuant to which TE agreed to sell, and CI agreed to purchase, all of the 50% equity interests in the registered capital of the Company owned by TE.

　　TE Connectivity Corporation(“TE”)與上海西埃電器有限公司(“西埃電器”)于[2022-09-15]訂立股權轉讓協議，依據該協議，TE同意出售，且西埃電器同意購買，TE持有的本公司注冊資本中50%的股本權益。

　　The aforesaid transaction has been successfully closed on [2022-12-29]. Starting from the aforesaid closing date, the Company is 100% wholly owned by CI. It is no longer an entity within or affiliated with the TE Group.

　　上述交易已于[2022-12-29]成功交割。自前述交割日期起，本公司由西埃電器100%全資所有。本公司不再屬于TE集團或與TE集團存在任何關聯關系。
